30 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER TO US FOR A STORE CREDIT - no questions asked.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply email our customer service team at enquires@exhair.com.au and our friendly customer service team will help you organise your return. All we ask is the product is unused and the packaging is unopened. Once we receive your products back to us, a store credit will be applied to your account.

CONDITIONS:

Product must be returned, and arrive back in new condition with original box, packaging and contents. On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new, as re-postage will be at your expense.
You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorisation.
Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.

GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Should your delivery be damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

REFUNDS

YOU WILL ALWAYS BE REFUNDED VIA THE SAME METHOD YOU ORIGINALLY USED FOR PAYMENT.

POSTAGE

Within Australia
Our postage cost is a flat rate of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia. Estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days.

International deliveries
International postage rates are determined by your order's weight, size and your delivery location. Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is 3 weeks although certain destinations may take longer.

DISPATCH
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.

DAMAGED PRODUCT CLAIMS

1) In the event you receive any damaged products (goods) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations. In order for us to send out replacement products the following needs to be advised in writing (or email) within 7 working days of receiving goods. (a) The product name(s) and the quantity of damaged product(s) (b) A photo of the damaged goods.

ORDER SHORTFALL CLAIMS

 1) In the unlikely event you do not receive the correct quantity of products you ordered and were invoiced for, please advise the following information in writing (email ok) within 7 working days of receiving goods/order (a) The product name(s) and the quantity of product(s) you have been short supplied
